- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
- Onion 4 big (chopped)
- Yellow food colour 1 tsp mixed with water or milk
- Garnishing (green coriander, lemon slice, mint)
Instructions to make to make Chicken biryani
- Add water in a bowl, then add basmati rice and soak them for 30 minutes.
- Marinate chicken with salt, yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, coriander powder, cumin powder) for 30 minutes

- In a pot add some water then add garam masala, salt, cooking oil 3 tbsp and boil it. After that add rice in it and cook until half boiled rice done.

- Heat the oil and add chopped onion and cook until golden brown and add lemon slice, tomato paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and roast it for 3 4 minutes. After that add marinated chicken in it and cook until oil comes up and chicken cooked properly.



- Now take a pot add prepared chicken curry 1/2 in it then spread garnishing items(lemon slice, mint, green coriander) and now add half boiled rice 1/2 on it. Repeat this process for remaining rice and chicken curry. At the end add yellow food colour with water and simmer it for 10 to 15 minutes. Chicken biryani is ready to serve.
