- Take a pot add oil,Onion cook until light brown then take out in other plate.
- Then add Garam Masala Whole, Shahi zeerah(jeera), bay leaf make fry.
- Then add Ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder,potato, tomatoes, red chilli powder,
- Garam masala powder,cardamom powder, salt, green chilli, yoghurt, water 2 glass and then cover it to cook until the oil come up.
- And add potato get soft then add rice, fry onion, mint leave and water 4 glass. And cover it to cook.
