  16. 1 tbsp Ginger, Garlic paste
  17. 2-3 Green cardamom powder
  18. handful Chopped coriander leaves
  19. handful Mint leaves
  20. 1 tbsp Butter/ghee

Instructions to make to make Chicken Biryani / Masala Chicken Biryani

  1. Wash and soak the rice for 1/2 an hour
    Wash the chicken pat dry the excess water with muslin cloth.
    Now marinate the chicken with curd, salt, red chilli powder, kashmiri mirch powder, 2 stick cinnamon, black pepper, ginger, garlic paste, mace, nutmeg, green cardamom and 1 tbsp ghee,keep it for 1/2 an hour.
  2. Heat the remaining ghee in a pan and fry the sliced onion,
    Boil the water in a heavy bottom pan add 1 stick cinnamon, salt to taste, bay leaf, green cardamom, clove and rice cook the rice.
    Now heat the butter in another pan cook the marinated chicken for 10 minutes.
  3. Now arrange the layer with rice, cooked chicken,fried onion, butter on the top spread the mint leaves and coriander leaves
    Cover and put the pot on a griddle and cook for 10 to 15 minutes
