- 1/4 cup rice flour or cornflour

- 1/2 cup yoghurt
- For Spicy Chutney
- 7-8 whole red chillies
- 1 medium sized onion finely chopped
- 7-8 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp cumin seeds for tempering
- 1/2 tsp mustard seed for tempering
- 2 pinches asafoetida
- as per taste Salt
- As required Juice of half lime
